I felt very sad with no suffering. I focused on my feeling and let it be however it wanted to. I thought about what happened and let it make me feel as sad as it should. I felt this sadness in my chest that let out a lot of tears surging out of my eyes like waterfalls, non-stop, wetting my hair after I raised my face up to the ceiling. In the midst of this, I experienced no suffering, because I didn't resist it at all. This feeling therefore felt almost like cleansing, as it was moving in me off my chest through my neck out of my eyes as tears. It was not resisted, so it flowed through freely like a river, like cleansing energy. If someone were watching me, they would think I must be in immense agony, based on what I looked like: my face twisted like very wrinkled paper, tears exploding outwardly like non-stop avalanche, my body curled up, my breath held. But I wasn't feeling any suffering. It was just pure sadness itself flowing through me, being freed fully felt, experienced and released. After it's done I felt joyous like nothing happened, only my life deepened. Try it yourself. The core is to make very sure to focus on the physical sensation of the feeling, not the thoughts in your head, and let it be, wishing it to be nothing different, wishing it to be exactly what it is now. Follow it and feel how it changes into different shapes and volume. Let it cleanse you and be freed. Let yourself be freed.
