Insomnia:What a pain

Probably an understatement for anyone else that has it as well as I. I'm not exactly sure when it started. The thing is it doesn't really matter at this point. I am not actually even complaining about it any more. I just try to stay productive...at least do something with the extra time. Which isn't easy since normally when it gets bad I have a swirl of thoughts stuck in my head that I can't seem to shake. I wonder what other people do with this. How is everyone else coping? What do you do to cope? Have you found any solutions?

When I have had insomnia episodes due to stress, I take 20 drops of valerian before I go to bed. They are natural drops and help you relax and little by little you fall asleep. You should be in a dark place and avoiding phone screen 2 hours before going to bed. There is no a magic solution but I wish you luck and that you can rest.
