How to be simple?

How to turn off the big brain and talk to the common folks that don't find biology or building concepts interesting? 😩💦 I'm finding it difficult to listen to folks go on and on about games, board games, fantasy series & anime. (I do like them... but minimally.) I suppose having knowledge of programming and 3d modeling kinda ruin games for me in a few ways. I'm looking at it "efficiently" or the lack there of. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Even when speaking of the things within fantasy... my mind is learning Carpentry right now and has already started thinking of the application of building things in reality for testing... I'm not trying to be disrespectful, but I'm already bored or disinterested as soon as these topics come up. But I also realize they will be bored by what I say as well, so I stop speaking entirely. 😅 I needed another big brain to explain to me... what to do with these individuals? Y'know... without infantilizing them...I also don't wanna be a "Mentor" either. Since all my knowledge is Google-able... thoughts? And most are older then me too... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Sometimes, within careers and experiences exactly in what i'm talking about... but not passion to continue learning new applications for it? Combining other areas of thought?? Thoughts? I dunno... Otherwise, be blessed. 🙌🏾✨️ (edited)
