Do XNTJs who believe love is more important than success exist?

Or does the prioritization of work and career come with the type? I am talking about love in all its forms—romantic love, family love, self-love, platonic love. There are imbrications between love and success but here I define success as strictly success at work, not personal success which would naturally include one’s mental and physical well-being. They got that Ni+Te vision of future success in their foreview at all times, & Fi as their backup/relief; so love's gonna take a back seat--& they're good at hiding it from others. At best, love is a passionate hobby for a lot of 'em, imo. I've seen INxJs, for a season, employ all their functions in service of scratching the itches of their Se--but that's more of a lust thing than love, & it's an on-off kind of affair; they just as often want nothing to do with it. Well to be fairly honest, some of us do understand how important love is. But we also think that it's not something with which we can actually build a life for ourselves or the ones we care for. That's why, in most cases we'd really pick work and career over it or if this so called person we love is helping us get closer to what we want to achieve, we really wouldn't let them go.

This is a difficult and convoluted comparison. That being said, I like how you've articulated your post

It depends on how far down this rabbit hole you want to go. If life demonstrated that the various forms of love lead to a successful and enriched life, then it might likely be the case; but for most xNTJs, it probably feels like the process is out of order. (The xNFP is likely infinitely more fulfilled, but probably struggles to hold stability since the world is often more predatory than the innocent play it *ought* to be.) Still, though scale is scale, with enough people to choose from the likelihood of encountering at least one real individual whose life has shown exactly this begins to encompass integer values greater than 0. Basically, someone out there believes this; others of us simply adapt in hopes of finding enough security to safely start pushing boundaries. The rest? Yeah, too much risk for seemingly transient reward for us (which is both good and bad—simply a choice in life that we either make deliberately or acquiesce to reluctantly).

I do believe it comes with the package. Our jobs are a huge part of our identity (especially if it’s something you love doing). I think that’s why I find it hard to date. The type of people I find compatible are usually ENFPs but I worry that they may not understand that we don’t love our jobs more than them. We love our jobs and we love them.
