I've changed

I was once an INFP but then after something happened that changed myself the way I understand about world, love and others. And a year after I retake mbti test and now become an INTP. Or maybe I can say that i am an INXP. And I just realized this video was the reason why.

自分がされて嫌なことは人にしない。これ、裏を返せば、自分がされても構わないことは人にしていもいいことになる。実話で、「別に私はそう言われても傷つかないから」って嫌な言葉の後に続けて言われたことあるんだけど。だから、自分がされて嬉しいことを人にもするってのも、しっくりこない。だって人それぞれされたいこともされたくないことも違うから。だから、相手を理解しようとすることが1番大事だと思う。その人が何をされたいのか、何をされたら嫌なのか、そしてそれはなぜなのか。そうすれば、本当の意味で相手を思った行動ができるんじゃないかな？

心を開くことと、全てを話すことは別。

私の感覚だと、心は基本的に常に開いてて自分自身であろうとする。けど、だからって何でもかんでも話すわけじゃないし、1人でじっくり考えたい時もあるし、相手によって話したい内容も変わったりするし....🤔って考えてた。分かりやすく例をあげるなら、無理やり全てを話させてもその人の心むしろ閉じてるよね？っていうね。
