@Tushar Gupta I feel like learning shorthand (I mostly used Gregg, personally) can actually be pretty helpful in learning English, as you take a more phonetic approach and are forced to think about the differences between words and their relative prevalence (since shorthand will favor more common words and only write as far as is needed to distinguish them).

It depends, in general, any language is difficult due to the difference compared to your first language which you are comfortable with. However some languages are easy in essence it's the structure / grammar that gets tricky like German for example.

Hungarian, maybe. Or Tibetan. Though any language with logographic scripts (e.g., Chinese, or languages that make use of it, like Japanese or pre-Hangul Korean, Vietnamese before latinization, etc.) makes the literacy take a lot longer, even if said learning isn't necessarily "hard".
