3You don't. Best way to climb in the lower Elo is to play Top or mid since you have more potential to carry solo and not rely on your support or team as much. BUT, Jinx is really nasty. Samira also has pretty good potential. Best thing is to focus on farm, and learning when to back and always buy when you have money to always have that item advantage
