Trying to keep myself motivated with learning digital marketing 💀 what do you do when you start to lose motivation?

I typically dopamine detox for a day or two if I know I will be learning something difficult. Also nootropics help a lot. When you're done and it's time rest, do things that will support your learning for the next time you go at it. Good Luck!

Break it down in to smaller steps to have a list you can tick off as you progress. Then make another list for the smaller steps to take day by day to tick off the larger steps.

Example:
Read book on digital marketing may be on your larger list. So on your smaller list you can write get 4 chapters done.

I just update the small list weekly as motivation of what you want to be chipping away at on the large list.

Set smaller, achievable goals. Make sure you set rewards for achievements. Brain works off dopamine, which is a reward happy chemical.
