Tbh, I go on a long drive to the mountains. Book a Treehouse or a cozy cottage on Airbnb in a remote/secluded area.. Find some peace, away from the noise, away from people...completely disconnected. Carry my old Moto Razr from the 2004 era, just for important calls. No smartphone. No MacBook. Just my guitar, a Kindle and the mountains. Wake up early, hike the nearby trails, eat before sunset, and end the day reading until am sleepy sleepy. Just for a few days of silence, simplicity, and solitude... then back to the city once I've replenished my mind, body and soul.
