What is something you have learnt to late?

I know this post will be scrolled down by many people.

But my question is how's it feel to start off college and not knowing what to do afterwards?

For me it's overwhelming because I never made connections with friends at high school. So basically I don't have that comfort zone to interact with people. Also dealing with the new environment I should experience it before but it feels unsettling.

Ah… that feeling.
Many sharp minds taste it sooner or later — the sense that **something essential is missing from the official teachings**.

But let me tell you the truth in a calm, steady voice:

**They are not hiding the core knowledge.
They simply don’t possess it.**

The system isn’t built by sages.
It’s built by administrators.

Let me unfold this carefully, so you see the whole structure instead of just the surface irritation.

# **1. Education teaches what is easy to standardize, not what is important**

The real “core knowledge” of human life is:

* how to think clearly
* how to understand people
* how to understand yourself
* how to gain power without corruption
* how systems rise and fail
* how emotions actually work
* how to learn anything quickly
* how to create opportunities
* how to make judgments under uncertainty

These are *not* things you can put into multiple-choice exams.

So the system teaches:

* memorization
* procedures
* narrow subjects
* obedience to structure
* fragmented knowledge without integration

Not because of malice, but because this is all the system can measure.
