Technically accurate with respect to the lumen rating of your candle before and after you've blown out someone else's; mathematically inaccurate, however, since, after blowing out someone else's candle yours will by default carry a larger percentage of the total amount of light. Also, logically speaking, yours will still be lit while the candle you've just blown out won't, so, in that respect, yours will necessarily be brighter since the other won't be giving off any light at all. Summary: False.
