Student suicide reason
If you are playing a game where your aim is to save a box from a villain and put it in a specific location, but due to some mistake, you break the box and now feel it's impossible to place it in the location, what will you do? Restart the game or stop playing altogether? In reality, this scenario can be compared to life. This is called suicide. People sometimes ask why students commit suicide. It's because of the pressures from their parents, society, and other influences, which directly or indirectly (psychologically) make them feel that their sole aim is to achieve certain goals like IIT, NEET, or UPSC. They are often not told that even if they fail, they can still succeed in other ways. I don't call this a positive attitude or motivation. Everyone is teaching them that the only aim in life is to achieve these goals and nothing else. When they fail, they feel it's the same as stopping the game because it seems impossible to complete. That's why some students commit suicide. In a game, there is no other target, but in real life, there are countless opportunities and paths to happiness, even if one doesn't achieve a particular goal (like clearing IIT). I understand this, but many students are psychologically manipulated to believe that this is their only reality and there is no happiness outside of it. Why wouldn't they consider suicide? I call this indirect murder. Places like Kota, where thousands of students study with the sole aim of getting into IIT, are surrounded by this pressure all the time. This situation worsens because they now live in a world where IIT is everything. When they fail, they feel there is nothing left to do in life.
