Not to speak for the women, but from the ones that I know, most will flirt and make it obvious they're interested, but will not go as far as initiating an actual conversation because more often than not there's a whole line up of guys wanting to talk to them, so if one good looking guy doesn't seem interested enough to initiate conversation, it's no skin off their back to move on to one who will. Admittedly I am older, so younger generation might be different, but most women I know, even the younger ones, still prefer a guy who is willing to step up, take charge, be a leader, and pursue them. Porch and shed before winter
It's not finished or perfect but I got a shed and second floor porch put up! Gotta put in a door upstairs, the remaining railings, and decorate/find caps to cover the imperfections and Polish alterations :)
