As you get older,life becomes more and more of a stress how to you cope with it and what makes you want to keep living?Does eevryone rea h the point they want to quite?

I am not sure I agree that life becomes more stressful as you get older - you certainly have more responsibilities, but that is not the same as stress. It is how you respond to the increasing responsibilities that determines whether you undergo increased stress. Issues like bad time management, financial insecurity, unstable relationships (platonic, romantic, work, familial, etc.), taking on too much (usually as a result of not being able to say "No" to others) ... these are some of the things that impact stress levels (and I am sure there are more - feel free to keep adding to the list anyone else reading this). The point is, if you understand the things that cause stress, you can control for them. Bad time management? Learn how to schedule things. Financial insecurity? Well, look at additional sources of income. Unstable relationships? Learn to walk away from toxicity; if it is your boss, try to find a new job; if it is your SO, break it off; if it is family, cut the cord. The point is, life is all about making decisions and choices, and some of them are exceedingly hard, but once they are made, stress levels go down. When stress decreases, the urge to quit/give up also goes down.

What I have learned and I’m continuing to learn is to be upfront about boundaries and non negotiable standards, not only has this save me from unnecessarily wasting my time but it has definitely saved me from heartbreak.
