Honesty

I've spent most of my life in solitude; I am just fine alone. But... I deeply enjoy physical intimate affection (ex. Playing with my hair, grazing finger tips against my skin, etc.). It's so odd to be perfectly fine alone, especially when providing my own necessities, yet I want connection more than anything Paradoxical or contradictory? Edit: I feel I should add that emotional connection means most to me. I don't exchange energies with just anyone. (edited)
