Kids are always better

Lunch break. I take a walk to digest my salad and stretch my leg after staying at a desk all morning.  Somebody push a trash can to the ground. Here in Turin, Italy, we have these bulky, cylindrical, dark green  cans, made of aluminium with their base made out of stone. They look heavy, I think I could lift it, to stand it up.  But what if I couldn't? Would that makes me look like a fool? What if I hurt my back, or it slides sideways and ends up from the pavement to the street, maybe causing an accident.  A class of students pass by. A little girl notice the can, as big as she is and just does is. I rush to her at the last second to make sure it doesn't hurt her feet or anything, but she did it.  Kids are always better.
