Hi Madi, it's OK to feel sad sometimes .. we all do .. nothing stays the same in life , all moments of whatever emotion you are going through, they all pass with time and you experience new emotions. I recommend you to reflect on what made you sad and try not to suppress or avoid your emotions, just let them pass. There are so many places and people you can go and meet , so many experiences you can go through, life is full of so many amazing things to see and feel ✨️ It's enough for you to exist and go through the journey of life , it might get tiring for you sometimes , like I suppose it is now but I hope you can see that we all get it . I recommend to say something nice to yourself first. Your happiness totally depends on you. Don't wait people to tell what you want to hear. Say to yourself: - I'm strong, i can be happy, I am able to change my life, i'm beautiful, i'm not a sad person etc. Affirmations to yourself will change your Life

I agree that affirmations are effective on people who have a sense of self but not so much on people who don't. This is great advice though and I am working on it. I don't have a working internal self esteem due to my Histrionic Personality Disorder so telling myself what I want to hear is like water running through a coffee filter. The general issue with HPDs is that we can't see ourselves. That's why we seek attention and rely on external factors for our self esteem. I'm just working with what I've got!

Self-esteem is decision. I recommend you to study CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). It is method used by phsychotherapist to help people solve their mental issues. You don't even need a therapist when you know how that works. Your beliefs about you holds back from doing what is necessary for your well-being
