I am not sure they do. I think you can fall so in love sometimes that it feels like that. But I also think that with 8 billion people on this planet there must be "X" amount you could feel that way with. Soul mates would be incapable of breaking up and incapable of hurting each other (feelings) so they could never break up. Not sure I've ever seen that. That would require complete understanding trust and immediate forgiveness between the two people.

Oh I think soulmate are still so capable to hurt each other unintentionally or even intentionally cause sometimes we try so hard to keep people we love so much safe and unharmed by making choices or decisions that we think it's the best for our relationship, but turns out we're the one who really hurt their feelings..but soulmate will always stay to try to fix the relationship when it get worse instead of give up and let go..

Yes and we are given three in a live time they all teach us something valuable before we move on, I have met two and hit and missed a couple, I am still hopeful I will meet my third before the end it just don’t look like any time presently

I thought they did when I was much younger. Not really sure anymore. Perhaps they do but not how we think of them. I know my beagle was my soul mate.

Yes, No. Statistically there are a million people close or exactly like you with similar background, experience, and personality. If any one of them meets a soul mate, someone they vibe with until death and beyond then you have a match out there but are lost amongst the sea of humanity 😶🌫️
