How do you navigate the love-bomb? I try to politely let them know that we just met and it's too soon to see if there is love in the air.

Can you tell me what is it about me that makes you feel this way?" Then focus on the details to see if they really feel that way or are just saying them out of habit.

It can be hard to tell if love bombing is from genuine interest or from narcissistic/manipulative tendencies... if you''ve politely pushed back and they don't respect those boundaries... best to run far away... if it's from genuine interest... they would respect how you feel when you communicate nicely 😀

Love bombing is often used by abusers to circumvent boundaries.  If they make meaningful effort to respect the boundary after you inform them of it, the chances of them trying to manipulate you into changing your mind are pretty high and blocking is likely the best option.

Mad red flags. Things take time and the feeling has to be in there during said time. You can't just immediately love someone without knowing the in's and outs of an individual.

Just say it makes me feel uncomfortable when you X,Y,Z please stop or let’s get to know each other first. If they don’t listen you need to cut all contact. This is narc territory, but if you know the signs it’s easy to avoid.

I would give advice but then nvm. Eh just maybe look for potential red flags more effectively ? Easy as pie to avoid toxic peeps like this just gotta do some research
