How to get over it
ow do you get over u r ex gf? It's been hard time here Yesterday I went to her Like retard Idk what to do , I feel helpless and I'm going crazy It's been almost 2 months since the break up and I can't get over it , I love her and I told her that but seems very cold to me and it hurts like a bullet , Idk how to get her out of my mind , I have feelings towards her and ppl including her expecting me to kill those feelings and to move on , it's hard , it's hell , and idk how to move from this She started studying part time , Rest of the day she's working 12 hours I'm currently barely holding a 10hours shift bcz I can't get her out of my mind After work I can't find the motivation to do anything and I'm really depressed bcz of the situation, I love music, I've tried to write couple times after work as a hobby bcz I'm listening to alot of music on small notes but I never can't focus Or going to play soccer twice a week but that's it and most of my time I'm just staying in the room , on the phone, smoking blunts, I can't live like this and I have nobody to talk to , the pain in huge... I need help guys Please...

This is gonna sound so cliché, and I hate it so much. It literally is just time. Your physiology and psychology has changed. You're actually going through withdrawals from the lack of your shared chemicals. My guy, I feel for you. Truly. Especially in the times you don't feel like doing something, do the best you can. Stay strong.

What helped me was this thought my friend gave me "the person you loved does not exist anymore". The break up was a traumatic event for both of you, it changed you. The person BEFORE the break up does not exist anymore, now you and they are the person AFTER the break up. The option of going back to those sweet sweet times as if nothing happened is impossible because that person does not exist anymore. Now it's time to deal with what you've got and it is you in pain. And only you know the best what helps you heal. I find it important for me to release those feelings, embrace the upcoming emotion whether it's anger or sadness or grief, or maybe it's hopefulness. As long as you embrace it and not avoid it, it will eventually get better. Talking it out with the people you love is a great thing. Writing it out. Or any other way that helps you.

Thanks everyone, I'll need your words as strength for this hell looking period of time, it's hard without her I'm tryna occupy my day after work with things like football or exercise but it's hard man , I really miss her and she hates me..after almost 5 years together...I became the villan...

You dont need to forget her. She is a part of you in your memory and all your experience with her are true and real. Well you cant force her to love you back if she has decided to not comeback. What can you do is accept the grief you have now and maybe you can express it to her but dont expect her to give back your feeling. If you are artistic you can chanel this emotion by painting or maybe writing. Denying it will hurt you more. Accept and chanel your love to something else. I hope you find happines in yourself.
