I say go the psychology route. Ask yourself what are you feeling or doing when you start those habits. Then ask yourself why, or when did it start before you realized it was a habit. After that, you need to stop yourself when you notice these habits coming up and reroute your mind to distract yourself or rationalized if it's a wise choice and make a pro and con list. I.e So let's say you have a habit of eating oreo cookies at night, when you get them munchies- try drinking water instead or eating something else that is considered more healthy. Ask yourself if you're bored, stressed or if you ate enough for dinner. Consider if you'll feel better after eating the cookie or will it make you sick/ keep you up. Then redirect. Tldr: acknowledge said habits, redirect outcome.
