For me mostly it's the thought of giving up my free time is awful. I feel like I have too much to to already for little money. And everything is only getting more and more expensive I also feel like I couldn't be there emotionally day in day out like you need to be. Also I don't think the world needs more humans. I don't like the thought of raising a child in this current world. What will be there for them when they're ready to go out into the world? Killing your soul for peanuts. (edited)

1What i realized is that people who don't want kids are either the ones who think its expensive or who are afraid of the responsibilities of taking care of the child until death. Those who can't have are exceptional(they can adopt though if they want). These people are right in there own way. But thinking about the humanity as whole, thinking about the generations and the genes that can be transferred from you to child that can evolve further in far future, is what makes me to have kids, atleast one. I am a logical person, so thinking scientifically is what i prefer. Well thats my view. I respect others choices. This is just a view from a random person on earth with 8 billion people.

7This is not a good world to bring children into, plus it's overpopulated, I'd worry about them constantly.

7Haven't had the right partner in crime yet. Also until I own a house, I don't want to, since it's irresponsible in my opinion without proper foundation and solid settlement in life. Also, due to my complex life, don't even know if I want that anymore. For now, I rather not think about that at all, my life is a mess.
