Something stuck out to me in your profile, you seem like a very guarded person and I can see why. Trauma causes a lot of issues to arise, some small, some seemingly insurmountable. Being there, doing that. I've had to work through a lot of my own to get where I am now. You may want to prioritize figuring yourself out first before having someone else in the mix. Understand you so you can be a good partner in the future to someone else. Communication is also important. If you can't communicate with yourself, it will be difficult for you to communicate with others. Healing is important, making yourself a priority is important, being your genuine self is important. To clarify myself a bit, I'm not saying veing guarded is a bad thing. That's a natural response to trauma, it's your way of protecting yourself from further harm. I've had to unlearn a lot of those behaviours to be a better person for not only myself, but for others too. Keep your head up, times are tough.
