Quality time by a long way. I have learnt that i need to hang out (not necessarily in person) with my partner at least twice a week. If this gets neglected for about a month or so I start to feel uncomfortable

Physical touch is mine and not even necessarily a sexual sense. Just holding there hand, cuddling them, or simply our shoulders touching it brings me comfort.

I believe in vibes with that very first connection. If there isn't a vibrational connection, the rest just fall apart.
