We all start somewhere when we decide to start putting some on. I'm also not the best, but practice makes it better. I recommend trying smaller lines. You probably made it thick by trying to make it not wobly and be the same on both eyes. Buy a makeup remover and just remove any bit that you don't like and try again with the eyeliner. What kind of eyes do you want to achieve? If you want a style that is more dark or heavy, I would recommend placing a bit of eyeliner under the eyes and less on top. I also don't wear makeup often but I can give tips from the little I know
