Not my fav, but since you are new to Mangas I can really recommend A silent voice

Zombie Powder, but it died after just two or so issues. Blue Dragon (sometimes found as Ral/Grad) is good. Four issues long, and wraps up completely. Totally different from it's anime though. My favorite though? Hard to place (edited)

For the Shonen genre: Demon Slayer (Kimetsu no Yaiba) is a relatively short series with a simple premise, perfect for newbies to get into reading manga!
