These pieces of advice go for each type that are unhealthy or have things to work on.
For Fe users (these include ESTP, ESFJ, ISTP, ISFJ, ENTP, ENFJ, INTP, INFJ). These types might be perceived as being “fake” when unhealthy or when they need to work on things because of Fe (extroverted feeling) which considers others’ feelings before they consider their own. My advice is: be more confrontational and honest with others even if it hurts their feelings. You can be tactful about it while still being honest. For Fi users (these include ESFP, ESTJ, ISFP, ISTJ, ENFP, ENTJ, INFP, INTJ). These types might be perceived as being “selfish” when unhealthy or when they need to work on things because of Fi (introvert feeling) which considers their own feelings first before others’. My advice is: learn to be more selfless and learn to be less reactive whether that would be emotionally or with anger (or any synonymous emotion). So you’re able to think about how others feel and what others think.

The mbti community on reddit varies. There's very kind people or just toxicity. I recently left the mbti groups on there due to endless stereotypes and hostility. Regardless I hope no one else has experienced this.
