Multivitamins & drugs to fight common sicknesses.. although it was a tough choice between this and a first-aid..

Three items you’d bring on a deserted island?
I know this is such a basic common question, but I’m genuinely curious what other peoples answers would be. For me I’d bring my dog, having to take care of something else would help keep me sane. Also the classic leatherback journal to jot down all of my personal problems. And a machete, cause who doesn’t need at least one machete in their life?
