Tea and meditation
Have you explored or noticed a connection between tea and meditation? I've been practicing chado for past five years and it's my daily ritual to sit in silence with tea and meditate. I've dabbled with meditation before, but it wasn't before I tried silent sits with tea that I really got into it seriously. What got you into meditation?
