Amigos son como las 2 am no tengo sueño, y aunq intento dormir mas temprano no puedo , amanezco hecho trozo xd consejos para quitar ese mal hábito por favor :(

No comer tan tarde sobre todo si es azúcar o cafeína, evitar las pantallas por la noche, prepararse infusiones de té antes de ir a dormir (recomiendo manzanilla), tener rutinas de sueño (tratar de mantener siempre los mismos horarios), esos serían algunos de mis consejos 🙂
