I think I remember looking it up at one point, and it having to do with the fact that you're hearing the vibrations from your own voice when you speak. It will always sound a little deeper to you when you speak vs a recording. I hated it at first but now it doesn't bother me much anymore lol

It sounds so strange to me. The whole time I'm thinking, "Is this really what I sound like? This isn't the voice I normally talk with!" It's like another person is leaving those voicemails for me 🤔
