vegetables are dumb and overated, and the reason companies sell us drinks with vitamin B12 and b6 is because we don't get enough of it in our food supply which comes from meat. the actual vitamin deficiencies I suffer from lack of sunlight and vitamin k, which is hard to get enough of if you're an office worker, and eating it requires you to eat more fish. for zinc and magnesium I prefer oysters and peanuts. the greens I go outside and munch on dandelions, lemon balm, mint, purslane, and goose berries when I can. onions garlic and spices like curry get you most of the way there I think, and I love spicy food (edited)
