woke up today and felt like
i was hit by a truck.... mental health struggles can really manifest into physical symptoms. if anyone has any advise on how to better fight destructive or invasive thoughts please comment thanks :') will need all the help i can get

Talking to someone help. Maybe a friend of yours.. you can talk to me as well if you think that will help. I usually tend to look at the positive side. Sometimes trouble fine us so we learn from it. Years later we will be thankful for it cause it help us learn. Mmmmm i also sometime listen to music even tho its help just for a bit. But it help.. mmmm going out with friends. Also just remember that patience is bitter but that after taste will be so sweet. Just dont condone to self hurting. Cause u are not just gonna hurt yourself. U gonna hurt the people who love u as well. Hope your days get better ๐๐

Yes! I just learned this technique the other night. I could not sleep. I had invasive thoughts. So I finally ran a keyword search and I found some interesting things you can do. And one method worked for me! Basically pick a worf of not meaning to you and think it while mouthing it rapidly 4x for example sky sky sky sky or even better bleep bleep bleep or bloop. If you want to hear the others comment below and I'll try to find the article again. There were some visual particles for those who are more visual I'm kinesthetic. I'm thinking this works for what you're asking because I use it in my day to day now as well

I ja e lost my share fair of people I've cared about and one thing that's always helped me is some form of physical activity ie. Gym, long hike, find a secluded place up on a hit and throw rocks well yearling as loud as you can helps. You got this!, if ya need a ear to vent to im always free
