What happens to you when you are angry?
For most of my life I never really knew what anger was like. I think I repressed it and channeled it into sadness. Now, I know I'm angry when my heart feels like it's getting colder and colder. Words start to swarm and race in my head, and then it wants to simmer out as words that are potentially hurtful. Often, they still manage to be calm. They can be curt or passive aggressive. Worst case my voice rises and lashes out. How do you experience anger?

Honestly... Anger is somewhat exhilarating to me... My insides go dark, adrenaline shoots through the roof and all my inhibitions makes themselves scarce. I can find myself in a state where I feel like I'm on the outside looking in or like I'm having a conversation with myself inside my head kinda like Bilbo when affected by the ring... "-Is this person really worth the consequences of the actions you're contemplating? -Nah but it sure would feel good.. after all.. why shouldn't I..? -Just take a breath, you'll thank me later..." I'm more likely to shut the door on people than getting angry though. Indifference is more where I go to

I mean, the experience is probably similar between people. How they let it out will be different but the feeling of emotions themselves is similar across people. When I'm angry I'm usually frustrated, annoyed, hurt, or a combination. I feel an increase in energy. I may feel powerless or vengeful. I may feel disappointed, surprised, confused. It all depends on what caused the anger. I also may want to say hurtful things to the other person because of the wrath and vengeance. When you are hurt you want the person causing the hurt to feel hurt too. Same can be said for frustration. I may feel stressed because the cause has also caused a situation that I need to deal with now. Or things to think about. The cause itself or the solution may negatively impact me in some way. Taking a Break
Hi there everyone, I'll be taking a minor break from this app as my mental health is not great. For those of you in my messages, I do apologize, it's just really overwhelming having more than just a couple friends reaching out every so often for me. It's been not a great few months for me and my... read more

Puppy therapy
I wish puppy therapy was a thing. A facility that you go to, talk it out with a therapist, and then go in a cute room full of little puppies for 30 minutes. 🥹
