Should I start worrying about my mental health? I’ve been feeling empty lately, and I don’t know what I’m living for. I feel like I’m not necessary or important to anyone, like my existence or even my absence wouldn’t really affect anyone. Not being dramatic; that’s just honestly how I feel.

At the same time, it hasn’t really affected my daily habits. I still sleep well and have a normal appetite.

Hope everyone is doing well.

I use to isolate myself for years, barely leaving my bedroom/apartment.. every since I started taking my mental health more seriously, I've been feeling more confident at times. Making friends... Yet, I still can't shake this lonely feeling off. It's really getting to me, more than usual!
