I have a hard time motivating myself, I find it easier when I have purpose, if I can find a sence of purpose or need I’m able to get at the taste at hand, depression is a hard act to cope with, anxiety in top makes it harder, I use a 10 table, list your 10 fav things and when you feel down think about your list and think about each on for at least 10 seconds, Colour Number Shape Smell Sound Time of day Animal Food Comfy cloths Cartoon
