Crying today

Today I took a walk, and for the first time in a very long time I enjoyed it. Two years since my last pulmonary embolism. I was able to walk quite quickly afterwards with aids, but it has allways been a struggle, moving slower than a 70 years old, but still out of breath, leaning against everything and allways wondering if I would make it back. Two years of pushing fysiotherapi every single fuqqin day are finally paying off. Today I was able to stroll down the street in central Laerdal. Still not fast, but being able to enjoy the view, and taking a few detours to admire the birds and the flowers. Typically for me, I shed a few tears of joy. ๐Ÿฅฒ I never cry when things are hard ๐Ÿ˜… If you are struggling with something - remember to never ever give up - find a way! ๐Ÿ›ฃ

Two years of pushing through every freaking day? Youโ€™re bad ass and I hope you know it! There were likely days were you struggled and youโ€™re still here today! I hope your recovery is still in an upward line and that these breathtaking views only take your breath away in the proverbial sense!

I absolutely love this for you. Continue taking it one step at a time.

I hope you recover completely soon.
