So I live in a transitional living program for adults with high-functioning autism and mental health issues to help us learn how to do the adulting thing. When I tell people I’m talking to about this they almost always decide that I’m too much to handle. Is this on me, or have I just been talking to the wrong people?

I’m starting to understand why so many guys commit suicide……..

All of this 🙂 but especially the growing part because healing isn’t linear

Well yesterday was a complete bust I went to my grandma's house to remove 4 individuals from her residence and I was completely overwhelmed by the fact they started crying for mercy and chances but I denied their voice.

Now painted the villain of my family because of the force I used against them.

Crisis ongoing

It’s not an easy feat,but when you learn that others don’t determine your value or happiness, pulling away finally becomes peaceful ☮️

Some will argue this,but it’s very possible to love or be loved by someone not fully healed🙂

Healing doesn’t end,but being with someone who’s safe and supportive makes the process & connection shared worth it and easier 🙂

She learned how to carry sorrow the same way she carries responsibility. She doesn’t talk about it because life doesn’t pause when you’re grieving. So she shows up and keeps going. And somewhere along the way, she mourns quietly, hoping one day the heaviness won’t follow her into every room.

I been played along my family is in shreds because of my actions but I did for the sanity of my grandma and also her safety but yet one side I fought for as turned against me and is now planning with the ones I helped get ride of at this point I am lost and don't know what to do.

I am truly a good person 
I am...

But in the end happiness for me doesn't exist nor obtainable for me

I can't imagine the amount of people out there who struggle daily with their own inner demons, whether It be recovery, inner peace, forgiveness for themselves or others. I want to you to know as someone who struggles and grapples with my own self worth and the war within daily, you're not alone in this. You don't  always have to wear the brave face nor do you have to struggle with to make it through the day, i he it that alot of people don't have the ability to seek treatment (which is criminal imo) but I also believe that it only takes one person to care that can turn your day around. I'm getting ahead of  myself here, but allow yourself time to recover, we go through life fighting the good fight constantly and it gets absolutely draining and difficult to maintain a healthy mental state when everything is fighting against you, what I'm beating around the bush here about is that you deserve a break whether it be, a day, a week, or a singular moment to yourself, you owe yourself theses moments of reprieve you're allowed to throw on a sad song and cry it out, savor that sweet treat you've been thinking about, finally break into that hobby you've been wanting too or read that book. Allow yourself time you are allowed to step away from the hustle and bustle of every day life, but what you aren't doing allowed to do is give up nor should you let it beat you. Stay strong my friends you are worth so much more than you think.

I love and support all who are fighting the good fight no matter how big or small.

I've been putting this off for a moment now ... 
My grandfather just came home from a hospital where he was abused, neglected and tossed back at us with no warnings or labels. This man is my American hero, after his service in Vietnam and as a firefighter. I've personally been alone for a while in my life, and dealing with this, I've isolated myself even more. I just really need conversation. 

It's been hard as I'm the one doing his physical therapy, as the hospital refused to do it. He has a trache, and has motor functions really only in one arm. He went in for a broken neck, and came back home as if we were the hospital. 

I've never felt more alone right now, watching my hero fight to survive. Im really in need of someone. Please, will anyone answer?
