A.I. is Bad
So, let's have a quick chat. There's a theory going around that Movies are being used to prepare us for things that will be instituted in the "Future". We are already living in 1984, Ray Bradbury is rolling in his grave, assuredly. On that note! Which A.I. movie is our Robot Overlord Demise? Also, if you watched the Animatrix, you would have a deeper understanding of what led to the rise of the machines and their takeover. Personally, I think that's the likeliest to happen. If I missed Robocalypse movie that you enjoyed, please share! (edited)

While I do adore the Matrix, I never understood why a.i. would need billions of batteries, that required all that energy to create maintain and produce. Geothermal Energy? Clearly they could dig deep into the earth... Solar? They could easily create giant towers to reach above the clouds. Idk lol just never quite made that much sense. It would be like humans using hamsters on wheels for our energy source. Lol idk 😆 (edited)

I personally hate this argument because I love 1984 and we are absolutely not living in 1984 💀 you can say it's similar, definitely, but we're not literally living in the same system. People aren't killed in massive numbers for conspiring. It isn't a common occurrence for people to be kidnapped and tortured for speaking out against the government. Our government and our surveillance systems are nowhere near the intensity of Big Brother. I agree that AI and technology and whatnot has huge downsides for society, but I think it's always blown way out of proportion. The argument sounds like people from 1999 losing their minds over Y2K, literally nothing happened and people were just overreacting. Life would be A LOT worse if we were actually living in 1984. We have quite a long way to go.
