I'm picky with horror as I get tired of jump scares. I like ones that keep you on the edge but also keep you in a sense of dread and horror at the situation/thing. Or when the realization is truly disturbing.

Comedy, most horror is only good once. After that it becomes predictable. However the way horror movies are now they all are predictable before even watching it. There's no new aspect to it anymore. It's all the same concept.
