Music is never the same..

I cant listen to any music without crying.. My memories of all music makes me think about the past.. All the good memories I had with my ex, all that music just makes me break down.. I usually just wear head phones with no music now, cause.. im afraid those memories will all hit me at once.. I just want my silence..
