So... these past few days, I was teaching my little niece to play the violin. My sister signed her kid up for violin lessons, and after a few months, she still hadn’t learned to hold the violin and bow properly. On the other hand, I’ve never played the violin - I played bass for about 4-5 years. But I know the stuff... you know, the logic behind it, notes, scales - well, some of those things I needed to remind myself of again.  

The point is... in just four days of working with her, I managed to clean up her playing - no more scratching the strings with the bow, her sound is clear and smooth, she learned to hold the violin properly, and she learned how to break down songs into sections and practice them step by step. And the reason she picked it up so fast? In her own words: "Uncle, you make learning fun!"  

A lot of instructors and teachers forget this. The moment you make learning fun, trust me, there’s no person who won’t learn something. Teaching must be fun. A teacher’s job isn’t just about transferring knowledge - it’s about how that knowledge is transferred. Was the lecture engaging for the students, or did learning feel like a chore?  

Mark my words: AI will replace every single teacher and instructor who just transfers knowledge in a flat and uninteresting way because the engagement level would be the same. And if the engagement and success rate are the same, why would anyone pay a human to do it when a machine can do it much cheaper?
