Scales

Heyy y'all. I'm curious to find out what is the easiest way to learn scales. I'm a rhythm, finger style, percussion style guitar player and want to branch out to learn different styles... I'm so used to how I play, compose and write music to the point that it's starting to become boring... I don't like to play other artists songs, as everything I write is original. I like to discover own style. I've seen alot of different videos on YouTube explaining different methods, tried a few, only thing is that I have a lazy left hand that doesn't want to listen to me the moment I try move up the fret board... Any advice on how to overcome this, your own personal experiences and different methods used. Would be appreciated 🙃

For me I think vocalizing is the best way to learn Scales and remember it.

Roy. Hello. Try practicing pedals in note patterns. This is when you alternate notes in a scale against one single note. Like. C B C A C G C F C. Repeat a lot
