Even just doomscrolling makes me overwhelmed. It does make us more aware of our surroundings, but it's like, you want to use your screen time when you're tired after work and just want to see things that make you happy, dopamineboost. But because so much is happening, it's EXHAUSTING, really exhausting. It gives me a headache every time I see the news. Honestly, I'm curious, but afterward, I still get a headache 🫠
