Working night shift. Of course, now I have daytime classes, so...4-5 hours of sleep, wake up, go back down for 4-5 hours when I get tired, repeat.

I've just adjusted my schedule to mimic a normal human being. Make sure I get up and get moving around (or a cold shower) and work out when I wake up. That snooze button will get you in trouble. Still get my 7 - 8 hours of sleep, just with blackout curtains. 🤷🏼♂️

I make sure not to have any caffeine past 10:00 am, I still don't sleep much, but if I have any caffeine in the afternoon I won't sleep at all. Hopefully you'll find something that works for you 😊
