I experience them regularly. The issue is that we caught caught up in our thoughts. The trick is to acknowledge and accept their existence, because by ignoring them or pushing them away we only reinforce them. Think of it like ignoring a child when they beg for sweets or toys. What happens? They don't stop, they keep on begging! It's impossible to get rid of them so we have to respond to them on this way. So noticing their existence and allowing them to he there. From here we can somewhat let them go. As you may always know, anxiety attacks happen at random, xke they don't happen at the same time as our stress. They're the result of perpetual stress. In the same way content water pressure in concrete can cause a crack at any time. I experince anxiety attacks less when I take control - not of yhe thoughts (which aren't quite possible), but of my response to them. I also experience them less when I express myself to others, when reach sufficient sleep, eat healthy, and when I go out and do things. If we keep everything inside, we will only explode by necessity, anxiety or not. If we don't look after our health and do nothing all day, we are contributing to an unhealthy life. Getting out and doing things, such as walking and exercising, is healthy and a necessity. It makes you feel better. Additionally, it produces as a distraction - which helps with experiencing them less. While you're having an anxiety attack, distraction is a key response to anxiety attacks as it takes our mind off it. So long as we acknowledge our thoughts and accept them first, so as to not ignore them wherefore giving them power. The most important response i think is calming your beeyabinf down, which can be achieved by taking deep breathes. Now shortness of breath, or hyperventilation, is the most common symptom. You may feel light headed or dizzy, for you're causing the carbon dioxide in your blood to decrease. You breathe faster, thus releasing adrenaline which makes your heart beat faster. So we must slow our breathing down. Most people will say "easier said than done". It's not easy, but it's also not difficult. Its a simple process, its just something we aren't use to and takes reminding and much practice. Overtime will become easier and easier, so much so that it'll become your automatic response. You just have to keep reminding yourself of this treatment. The bottom line is you mustn't give your assent to negative thoughts, such as "you're going to die" or "this isn't normal". Such thoughts are false. Nobody has died from an attack, ever. And its actually very common in today's world. If you need help, never refrain from seeking it! Abdiwty attacks just means you've crossed your line, and you need to support yourself and get back to calmness. I have heard of people who have stopped getting anxiety attacks. Ywt wr shouldn't necessarily desire to no longer have them. Rather, we should aim at experiencing them less. Because this sounds a lot more simpler and achievable in our minds. I generally approach things as gradual, as in gradually increasing certain, healthy habits or steps, and gradually decrease certain, unhealthy habits or steps. Its more realistic and achievable, and through this way may truly cease something or at least minimise it. If we can't do the former than the latter is always an option and in many cases is enough. Till June through August I wasn't feeling too well I was feeling dehydrated light headed bc it just happened to me I have nothing to do just sit down on the couch with two fans one in front of me and the other two my left side yeah it wasn't good at all it take three days in three months
