Who wants to live off-grid in the mountains?

I live fully off-grid on my property in the mountains of Central Italy. I'm now slowly starting to grow some of my food, but I want that to get into full swing asap. It would be nice to share this dream with a like-minded soul!

Phase 1 of my off-grid farm is complete. 2 summers of cutting trees and building a 1,000' driveway is complete!

Over 30 acres of young forest and over half of it was AAA farmland that I'm currently reclaiming for geothermal hydroponic greenhouse strawberries for year round production in Canada! (edited)
