Seriously asking, I used to know but forgot 😆 They are actually small, no more than a few inches tall. I find them in moist rich soil surrounded by mixed hardwoods. They are a nice forest floor carpet and usually a sign that there is a creek nearby, and I will be successful foraging for mushrooms in that area. #nature #plants #photography
