Nice to be back home

Just spent a month in a y.o.p. really happy I am in a better mindset and know what I want to do with my life. We hiked the Appalachian trail throughout pa Maryland and Virginia. Anyone have experience or tips on how to stay clean and walk a straight line. First night back was a real struggle

Identity and do away with triggers if you can, such as not hanging out with the same folks you use with (I'm guessing that's what you mean by stay clean?), Get a new routine if you had one with your use. Keep busy. Environmentally, it can help to change it around a bit. Like paint or rearrange your room. For me that helps keep me in the present, with a new environment.
