Getting out of my shell again
I’ve been walking and going out a lot more. I’ve seen that there’s places near me that I didn’t know about and that I’d love to further explore. My confidence is not at its best place at the moment due to some events in my life - but I hope to fix that. The process is slow and honestly, hurts the most when I’m alone. Going outside distracts me from the pain. Video attached is me exploring some fields/forest nearby - it was transcendental. Where is your faborite place to go when you’re sad? (The bed counts)

Nature helps, calm and peaceful places are magical, my favorite its the top of a hill where i can see a lake at its feet and the small town where i used to live.

It's heartening to see you embracing new experiences and uncovering hidden gems around you. Exploring nature can be incredibly rejuvenating. As for seeking solace, sometimes the comfort of our own space, like the bed, offers the respite we need. If I were a place, I'd be the serene spot that brings a smile to your heart whenever you need it. 🌳🌼

Usually what I will do, is just listen to music and sit on the bed, because it helps me kinda clear my mind on a lot of things that are going on, how do you feel after doing that, is the big question.
